The Grand Island Mansion is excited to offer this 4000 sq. ft. luxury property for guests attending events at the Mansion. Spoil friends and family in this “home away from home” retreat. Only eight miles from the mansion this riverfront estate is close to restaurants and Galleries in the nearby historic Locke and Walnut Grove. Situated on two beautifully landscaped acres.

“Grand Islander” Yacht Rental
The Yacht at the Grand Island Mansion is available for rent for guests attending events at the Grand Island Mansion. The Yacht is permanently moored across from the Mansion on Steamboat Slough. Accommodates 4 guests.
Our 1976 Chris Craft Constellation features:
- Main Cabin with TV and internet
- Galley (kitchen)
- Master Stateroom with queen size bed, shower and restroom
- Guest Quarters has two twin beds and a restroom
- Covered aft deck
